Demonstrators coaches do more than teach baseball. They create safe, positive and challenging environments where players can learn, compete, grow in confidence and feel proud to be part of the club.
Every session should help players feel supported, included and encouraged to improve at their own pace.
Coaches set the tone for behaviour across the club: calm, respectful, prepared and team-first.
Great coaches stay curious. We encourage coaching development, shared drills and feedback across all age groups.
The best coaching happens through actions: turning up prepared, communicating clearly and making the game enjoyable.
All Demonstrators coaches are expected to support club values, follow child safety expectations, communicate respectfully with families and create training sessions that are age-appropriate, organised and enjoyable.
