Incident Reporting.

The Demonstrators Baseball Club encourages members, parents, volunteers and visitors to report incidents, concerns or behaviour that may affect safety, wellbeing or club standards.

Reports help the club respond early, support those involved and maintain a safe, respectful and family-friendly environment.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 000.

What can be reported?

Injuries, unsafe behaviour, bullying, discrimination, child safety concerns, spectator conduct, facility issues or breaches of club expectations.

How reports are handled.

Reports will be reviewed by an appropriate club officer and handled respectfully, confidentially where possible, and escalated when required.
